Who do I call with questions concerning my account?

The Account Manager dedicated to your account will handle your day to day operation. This will be your contact person. In addition, access to RPS Executive management is always available to address issues.

How does RPS screen security personnel?

All RPS security personnel assigned to your account undergo the following screening process: •A thorough interview process by our managers •State required background checks •An independent background investigation •A behavioral testing process •Drug testing

What type of training do security officers assigned to my site receive?

In addition to training programs mandated by state law for security officer certification and licensing, all RPS security personnel receive on the job training to ensure that they totally understand security and safety procedures at their assigned location. Our supervisory personnel constantly reinforce the training procedures at the assignment.

Where is RPS licensed?

RPS is a NYS Corporation. RPS and its affiliate offices are licensed to operate in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., North Carolina and Florida.

What qualifications do our managers have?

All managers at RPS must possess a background experience of 10 years in the security guard industry. Our management staff is trained by the owners of RPS, and attends refresher courses to bring them up to date on changing state and employment laws.

How often are the security guards paid?

At RPS we know how important it is for people to be paid on a timely basis. Therefore, all security officers are paid on a weekly basis.
