Kenneth M. Kelly
Mr. Kelly is the owner and President of Risk Investigations Inc. Mr. Kelly is a retired Detective Sergeant Supervisor from the NYPD Bomb Squad. He holds a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from St. Johns University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Long Island University. He has extensive, specialized training as a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy as well as from his military career as a United States Marine. He has recently retired from the United States Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Kelly is former Vice President and Director of Security for Prudential Securities, Inc., responsible for worldwide investigations and physical security applications. Mr. Kelly currently sits on the board of directors of National Law Enforcement Associates and is a member of The American Society for Industrial Security.
Robert H. Cullen
Mr. Cullen is also an owner of Risk Protective Services and serves as Senior Vice President. He is a former member of the NYPD retiring as Detective after 20 years of service. Mr. Cullen’s 25 years of experience in the private security sector has helped Risk Protective Services become a leader in providing security guard services to a clientele that includes companies and corporations in industries such as finance, cargo and transportation, retail, real estate, law firms, manufacturing, health care, hotel and lodging and more. He also has vast experience in the field of electronic security and its application to security programs. Mr. Cullen is the former President of the National Law Enforcement Associates and Membership Chairman of the New York City Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security. Mr. Cullen attended CCNY.
